KEAVRONOil & Gas Equipment

Equipment & HSE

The right equipment starts with the right checks.

Renting, sharing or buying a machine does not make it suitable for every job. Its intended use, condition, documentation and operating responsibilities must be checked before deployment. This is the approach behind KEAVRON in Italy.

What to establish before an agreement.

These points help structure a technical enquiry. They do not replace the site's risk assessment, the manufacturer's instructions or the responsibilities of the parties involved.

  • Suitability and documentation

Model, serial number, specifications, manuals, maintenance history and the documentation applicable to the intended use. No certification is assumed without verification.

  • Handover and operation

Agree the condition at handover, accessories, transport, installation, operator competence and any support required.

  • Responsibilities and return

For rental or sharing, establish availability, permissions, maintenance during use and return conditions. Sharing requires a suitable asset and an agreement between the parties.

ATC example: plan the cycle and assess tank entry.

Automatic Tank Cleaning can use cleaning heads and recirculation controlled from outside the tank. The aim is to limit exposure during the automatic cycle where the tank and equipment configuration allow.

Automation does not remove the need for risk assessment.

Installation, inspection or difficult residues may still require controlled entry. Selecting a machine does not replace the procedures, competence or emergency arrangements applicable to the work. We do not promise zero entry or guaranteed safety outcomes.

Recirculation and residue management.

In a closed-loop configuration, recovered fluid can be separated from solids and reused where the process allows. Volumes, consumption and waste depend on the residues and actual operating conditions.

Record what is actually measured.

Any reporting scope should be agreed before use: what to record, who measures it and how it is checked. Environmental comparisons need a documented baseline, not a generic percentage.

  • Equipment use

Dates, operating hours, maintenance and condition at handover and return.

  • Fluids and residues

Actual quantities, measurement methods and residue management, where included in the scope.

  • Operating activities

Checks, any tank entries and the records required for the work carried out.

The public platform does not currently generate certified reports or monitor equipment in real time.

Prepare your equipment enquiry.
