  pressure, temperature and any other relevant constraints.
- Available or required datasheets, manuals, inspections and maintenance records.
- Relevant certification and HSE requirements, subject to verification.
- Transport, loading/unloading, installation, utilities and return arrangements.

FOR OWNERS: SALE OR SHARED-USE PROPOSAL
- New/used condition, year and known defects or limitations.
- Ownership or authority to offer the equipment, to be verified.
- Proposed availability window; this is not confirmed online availability.
- For shared use: access, operator, maintenance and responsibilities to agree.

ATC: ONE EQUIPMENT EXAMPLE (IF RELEVANT)
- Rental or purchase requirement; technical suitability and availability to verify.
- Tank type, geometry and volume.
- Residues present and plant status.
- Access, known HSE constraints and available utilities.
- Cleaning objective and any commissioning, maintenance or training support to assess separately.

- Material, dimensions, product code or drawing with revision.
- Service conditions: fluid, pressure and temperature where relevant.
- Required documents, certificates, tests and traceability.
- Logistics, unloading conditions and staged deliveries.
